They are charging 7 to 8 dollars per night service fee even you pay full payment in advance from Expedia and they do not provide any receipt for the transaction saying that it will be refunded back to you
no refund was made the charges still on my account

Hated it. Front staff person upon check in was on personal call CONSTANTLY. And loud ~ just unprofessional. Ridiculous "Extra Fee" FOR WHAT???? NEVER AGAIN WILL WE CHOOSE SUPER 8-

La alberca caliente tenía mucho cloro, 10 a 15 min de estar dentro nos empezó a dar comezón y empezamos a toser debido a tanto cloro. Todavía tengo comezón en todo mi cuerpo

Wasn't terrible. No coffee maker in the room. Don't bother pre registering because you'll have to do it again upon arrival. They hit you with hidden fees as well.
