Clean and staff and owners were great. Great hospitality and all around it was fun and had a great time staying there. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. I will definitely stay there again! 😃❤️

Publié le 17 juill. 2024 sur HotelsI highly recommend Trails End. Management was extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate my disabled granddaughter. The pool was large and sparkling clean. Microwaves and fridges in our rooms and beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be repeat customers. 😀

Publié le 4 août 2023 sur HotelsBooked here because our usual motel was sold out. This is now going to be our go to in the Dells. From check in to check out it was a wonderful stay. AJ and his family were warm and helpful and just so friendly to be around. We didnt have any issues but if we did I'm sure they would have taken care of them asap. It is an older motel but the rooms are spacious & very clean. Nice size fridge , microwave. The towels and blankets appear newer (our other place had very old ). Pool chairs comfortable. Pool cleaned daily. Enjoyed our AM coffee & doughnuts (in office-complimentary) sitting outside chatting with neighbors. Dad encourages all to get a fresh doughnut (rarely eat but couldnt refuse his friendly encouragement) The fruit in the office was always fresh and of good quality. Also had juice, water & tea. There is also a park area with smoker grade grills & tables. It is within walking distance to downtown dells. Cant wait to go back!!!! Thanks AJ & mom and dad for making our stay so comfortable

Room was nice for the price. Pool Wes clean and refreshing. Minor issue was bathroom door would not fully close.
