Quite disappointing

For a 4 star hotel although the room was big the furniture look passed it drawers falling apart, sink in bathroom was disgusting no information in the room about services available

I have shared all of your comments with our Management Team for them to review.Please accept my sincere apologies that the sink on your bathroom was not cleaned to our usual standards. This is unacceptable. I am pleased to advise that we are soon due to start renovating and updating some of the older areas of the hotel - we hope to complete this work by late Autumn.
