Equipe aux petits soins, établissement cosy et chaleureux. Jolie chambre mais dommage, le lit grinçait et le panneau "sortie de secours" vert au plafond de la chambre qui l'illumine toute la nuit. Restaurant très bon, vins également. Petit déjeuner au top.

Excellent stay. Hotel was comfortable and clean. Friendly and professional staff. Special mention for Daniel. Who is a good ambassador for the hotel.

Stayed for one night. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Breakfast and coffee was great! Rooms were very tired looking, clean but tired. Bed was uncomfortable, as were pillows, it was fine for one night but wouldn’t want to stay for any longer than that.

The bed was comfy and room clean. There was no parking within a quarter of a mile in a shopping carpark. London prices not London experience. Dining staff young and inexperienced. Food took over two and a half hours. Pizza had raw ball of cold mozzarella on it. We were in attic room despite telling them i am disabled with mobility issues. For safety there should be a grab rail to assist getting in and out of bath after shower due to height of bath and slipping possibility. Pleasant bar staff even if bar shuts at 11 on a Friday night. The biggest priority was car parking and narrow stairs.

I'm afraid I cannot see any detail on the booking stating an accessible room was required as you booked a superior twin room, otherwise we would have advised of the room location and allocation.
