firstly the windows to the area behind the room. People could look in if the tried. I tried to contact the manager to get ea receipt. She wouldn’t answer the phone, not near the office. I paid much more than it was worth. That’s beside the motel is out dated, and needs a reno.

Hi Donna, to here is no public access behind the room and windows in question are over 2m from ground level.Unfortunately we are waiting on NBN co to fix our connection so we have been having some phone issues, and as a small business we don't just sit in a office as there is always work to be done, send us a email and we can certainly send you a receipt.We are currently updating the property as you would of seen the new furniture, vanity, air conditioning and tv in your room. I'm not sure how much you think the room is worth as we priced it over 20 less than comparable rooms in the town

Not a good choice
Publié le 1 juin 2024 sur HotelsElectronic check-in that demands payment and card details. Had to ring reception twice before someone would check us in. Room door was already open because lock broken. most of the doors same, booted in. Place that homeless locals use and 'characters', felt unsafe, my husband fixed door, screws all loose. Basic hotel not worth the money, never staying again. Looked better on the internet.

Hi Carlene, the kiosk does ask for payment on unpaid bookings, sorry we were on the phone that's why you had to ring twice.With the doors we have replaced it thanks to your feedback, the doors if you looked you would of seen new doors with reinforcing, it's not they have been kicked in, it's that the property is over 60 years old and that they had reached the end of their service life.

Very noisy. Bathroom not in a condition for a Motel
Bed not done daily with clean linen
Toilet leaking causing cistern to be filled every 30 minutes
