Awful

Dirty, staff (well only saw one) seen more personality in a dead frog. I stay away 4 nights very week this place is how not to do it. No food, the noise from other rooms was unreal you could a fart. Traffic noise awful ok it’s on a main road so that is what it is. Seriously I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid the bill for me and at the best part of £100 they should be ashamed.

Hotel Old World Charm

Due to owners being only 2 weeks into there tenure and having no kitchen food was not provided on the premises. However they did offer to organise take away for us. It would have been nice to have been offered at least a continental breakfast in the bar area before departure the next day. On departure there was nobody around to leave keys with. The bar area was locked up and we had to exit via the fire door. The staff were very nice and helpful when they were there but think they should be on hand for departures and offer a breakfast of some kind. I had left my heating aids behind as I could not get back into the hotel after departure but they very kindly posted them off to me which I much appreciated. I think once they get the kitchen in and can offer a full service they will do very well

when we arrived the first thing we were told was no food of any sort.room reasonably clean.only one chair between 2 of us then we had to get up early to go out to find something to eat

Hi Fred that’s disappointing to hear you never did bring this up during your stay. We did however bring you another chair to the room as we suggested this. There is a cafe literally down the street which we recommended to all our guests.
