Rude lady on the breakfast

We arrived at your hotel on Tuesday, it is a beautiful situated hotel and the reception personal was very helpful and nice.
We had dinner in the hotel in the evening it was all good. But in the morning I went to the breakfast there was a lady serving us in uniform ( I think the maitre d’hôtel) very rude and no matters.
- first she give me the menu and told me to choose out of the items , I told her I wanted the eggs Benedict and a coffee, just a second afterwards I told her that I was sorry but I made a mistake and I want to have the eggs Benedict royal with salmon. She told me she pushed already on her iPad the normal eggs Benedict and that she can’t change it. I told her sorry but I want the eggs Benedict with salmon… then she went to the kitchen to finally change it.
- I ask her also if I could have Yoghurt with my breakfast , she told me everything is extra charge.
Also she was constantly on her mobile behind her desk.
Luckily afterwards we were served by a Asian women very nice.
I’m going 120 nights a year worldwide in hotels but this I never had.

Lovely hotel and staff, rooms were spacious and clean and beds vwry comfortable. The hotels grounds are wcenic and perfect for weddings (which we were attending as guests). Only downside is that the rooms 1st floor rooms are difficult to access witha wheelchairbor pram and breakfast service was a bit slow although we did go down at peak times.

It is an excellent venue for weddings and conferences, in a good location. Peaceful, clean.

Room was nice, but only a 1/4 roll of toilet paper when first entering room and have to ask reception. Also the outside gym was very loud 8am in the morning.
Reception staff were very professional and good

Very nice getaway. Beautiful area. Loved the Art Deco.
