Brilliant location, close to beach and golf course. Walking distance to shops and short drive to Kiama main centre. Place is well equipped and has a really nice aspect. Was perfect for a short getaway with young kids.

So, so good
Just got back from our weekend at Kiama Aspect and I want to head straight back! Such a lovely house, perfectly situated across from a playground and beach, with big open windows/deck at the front so you can take advantage of the view. The house is well furnished and very clean. The full cupboard of board games and books was an extra bonus. Our two kids, aged 2 and 4, were in heaven. Both Philip the owner, and Kate, the cleaner/manager, were very responsive and super friendly and accommodating. Overall, great experience and I can't recommend it highly enough.

Super location for a coastal beach Getaway
Awesome home away from home, right across the road from the beach. All the creature comforts you would need for a coastal beach break. Walking distance to great local style shops, good coffee. Excellent headland walk. This place is located across the road from the kids park, so you can be a part of the action or watch the world come and go. Beds are comfy. Kitchen has all the goodies you need. Bathrooms are bang on. Huge backyard and ample off street parking. We are looking forward to getting back there real soon.

The property has been beautifully renovated, is tastefully furnished, spacious and ideally located close to the beach. The front deck and large sliding doors allows for the living area to be extended outdoors with a view of the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Getaway for 5 adults
Aspect on Jones is as you see on the website. It was really clean and well presented. It has a well equipped kitchen, really comfy beds, good linen, great view of the beach, a hot water system that meant all 5 of us could have a decent shower - so lacking in other holiday rentals. Fleur was very responsive to all enquiries. The house was so comfortable for my group of 5 adults we would certainly like to visit another time.

Comfortable home with great views of the sea
We stayed two nights and loved our stay. When we weren’t dashing off for nature walks and to poke around Kiama we were kicking back in the house or on the deck watching the ocean and all the dog walkers bring their pooches to the beach. Our senior Labrador also had a great time watching all the goings on. The beds were really comfortable, the shower had good pressure and the kitchen had all the utensils and condiments we wanted. Fleur was very friendly and responsive to any queries. I recommend staying here.

Family Holiday
The property has the perfect location for a beach holiday and a beautiful direct view of the water. The 2 bathrooms are a great advantage. The kitchen was so well equipped with everything you would need. Kiama Downs is also a great spot away form the busyness of Kiama and the coastal walk is also a fantastic thing to do especially the Bombo headland.
