The carpet on the stairs is filthy, the muddy floor in the elevator was not cleaned in the 3 days we were there, the jets in the jetted tub in our room were brown with crud. The furniture in our room was beat up looking,and a drawer in the dresser kept opening on its own.I'm a long time BW member, and this hotel did not measure up to the usual BW standard.

Motel getting long in the tooth
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsOverall the stay was acceptable. A few items should be addressed to warrant the cost of the stay. The bathroom towels have seen better days and should have been retired years ago. they are almost thread bare and the bath towels are little more than hand towels. The electrical outlets in the bathroom did not work requiring the hair dryer to be used at the coffee bar, and the edge of the bathroom door next to the handle was sticky. One reading lamp next to the bed did not work and the bed and pillows were hard as a rock.
When we return to Woodburn next year we will stay at the La Quinta and not the Best Western as it is overdue for a refresh.
