Great place to stay

Quality and choice of breakfast was very good and amazing home made marmalade and jams. Marked down for eco because we hung up the towels but they were changed anyway. Nice to have bottles of filtered water in room

As you mention we are a 15th Century Coaching Inn in the heart of Woodstock and have tried hard over the years to keep as many original features as possible whilst adding modern facilities such as flat screen TV's, coffee pod machines, and hot drinks making facilities in all our rooms as well as high speed WIFI throughout.We very much hope you will stay again when you are next in the area and look forward to welcoming you back.

We really enjoyed our stay here, our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable and you can’t beat the location and its proximity to Blenheim Palace. We were also easily able to take the bus to Oxford for a half day using the bus stop right out front. We also enjoyed having a tasty hot breakfast every morning included with our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

As you kindly mention, we are indeed ideally located in the heart of Woodstock, within easy walking distance of Blenheim Palace and all that Woodstock has to offer. Our guests are welcome to leave their cars for free in our large private car park to the rear of the hotel and enjoy all that Woodstock has to offer on foot. We very much look forward to your return visit.
