Average at best. I have stayed here a few times in the past, it seems to be worse each time.

The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly. We were in the 3rd floor and the elevator was out most of our stay. I have knee issues and my husband has broken ribs. The trips up and down the stairs were laborious and painful for us.

Not soundproof
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HotelsSoundproof is not true at least for the joint connecting room when they are not connected. The facility needs updates and staffs are nice but not helpful when the neighbors were so loud very late night (12am) and early morning (6am). Even though they offered me changing room for my next visit which I don’t know when, the rating in hotels.com failed it again. I will consider RV or better hotel chain.
