The view, quiet and being away from midtown noise. Easy walk to everything. Property needs a little upgrading. Loved the in room personal touches which made a big difference to the stay. The second room of our stay was very small and not conducive to long stays. Very courteous staff.

Meal was disappointing and overpriced for what was presented. Good breakfast but so it should be at the price. Our room 14 suffered from the air conditioning in the pool below our room being on until after mid night and this was an upgrade. We will not be returning

Dear Martin, I'm sorry to hear of your disappointing experience, and that you did not enjoy the evening meal and had problems with your Classic room. Shame this was not brought to my attention during your stay, so I could improve your experience. I'm pleased to hear that breakfast was good. Sorry to hear you won't be returning to the Watersmeet Hotel, if you change your mind, we would love to welcoming you back and provide you with a more positive experience.
