Had a fab stay this weekend been up for the speedway. Lovely lady on reception couldn’t do enough for us she was an absolute jem. Food was great on the evening. And a top breakfast in morning.will definitely be back. Many thanks Wayne Carter Halifax.

Business trip.

The bed was uncomfortable and I could feel every single spring I lay on, noise from the bar downstairs kept me awake until the bar closed. Breakfast was lovely. No parking nearby. Had to dump my car and hope for the best.

No heating be aware especially if with children
Publié le 2 janv. 2024 sur HotelsHotel condition was good and easy to access city centre. Heating was not working at all, and there was no oven services, and customer services was terrible.

We are sorry you had no heating if you had reported this to reception we would have investigated this and either rectified this or moved you to an area which had heating I have checked the room and it has heating now. We do not have oven services which guests can use and we have to adhere to strict food standards policies. I am sorry you did not receive good service if you wish to contact me with specifics I will investigate this
