In woelend weinig te beleven. Bij inchecken kreeg ik direct de sleutel, verder geen informatie over ontbijt of checkout. Kamer, bed en badkamer schoon.

Everything was confused from the beginning. I made the reservations but each room wanted to pay for their own. I was assured it was an easy fix and all the rooms would come off my card. The manager gave me a discount for the inconvenience but in the end I still had 4 rooms charged to me that had been paid for. When I called she removed 2 of the rooms but not the third one. She wouldn’t take the third one off and even though I tried to remind her of everything that went on and how I stayed at the desk until everyone had paid, she got mad and hung up on me. The charge has not been removed so I will call Wyndham and explain what happened so they can get my money back to me. It was a nice place to stay but none of us will be returning there if that’s how this manager treats her guests. I hope we can get this resolved without further problems.
