Great location and set up
Publié le 3 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is great location and the setup of 3 bedroom, 2 baths, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, private porch with table and chairs, parking for 3 vehicles, outside shower and did I saw location???
Rental agent was GREAT to communicate and really appreciate their responsiveness.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
My recommendation is add full length mirror, add a 3rd or 4th TV, extra towels and privacy lattice on the back porch.

Sunset House
Publié le 23 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The house was conveniently located for beach walks, morning coffee at Sundays and the Oceanic. It was an easy walk to the main area of town for shopping or eating. Having two outdoor seating areas was a bonus.

Nice vacation spot

Excellent location
Publié le 15 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayThis property is in an excellent location for access to the beach and the intracoastal waterway. It’s a very short walk to both. It’s only a minute or two drive to restaurants and bars. And it’s only a few steps away from Sundays, an awesome little coffee shop. I will definitely stay here again.

Can't Beat the Location
Publié le 23 août 2022 sur HomeAwayAbout 500 steps to the beach with a wonderful location close to the Oceanic and Sundays Cafe. Loved that the sheets were plastic wrapped and clean for our use (versus just being laid out). House was clean with the exception of some utensils that were showing signs of rust...if you are going to cook here, bring cooking spray, your own pan, and plasticware :). Beds were comfortable and showers had good pressure. The outside shower is not much of a shower as it requires you to hold down the lever and water sprayed everywhere so didn't use it. The views from the front deck are spectacular with the sound on one side and the beach on the other. Definitely recommend!
