A wonderful Thanksgiving visit to Wilmington
Posted Dec. 11, 2024 on HomeAwayWe enjoyed the condo very much. The location and view are really wonderful. We would recommend that regular curtains be installed in the front main floor bedroom. Presently, they are shears that can be seen through at night. We wish the fireplace was available. We would definitely consider coming back.

Beautiful beach view location

Great location but overpriced for value
Posted Jul. 29, 2024 on HomeAwayMy family loved the location of this property. Unfortunately, we were faced with a number of issues with the unit that detracted from our overall stay:
-Ant infestation
-Sliding door was clogged with sand so could not be utilized
-Wifi did not work thus TVs were virtually offline
-Broken light fixture
-Toilet ran continuously after every flush without manual intervention
-Extra charges/fees for everything
Overall, I was expecting the 5 star price point to come with 5 star quality, but felt more like an average beach rental. I understand every beach unit has its imperfections, but the issues with this unit were numerous and took time and energy away from my vacation.

Great Condo!
Posted Jan. 28, 2024 on HomeAwayThe view was spectacular and the beds comfy! My only issue was the multiple texts and emails each day - a bit river the top communication. Overall a great staycation since we are local!
