Penthouse Ocean Front Resort

Your Wrightsville Beach vacation will be all about sun, fun and relaxation when you book the Nauti Dolphin. When you're craving a a leisurely stroll on the sand or plan to spend the whole day splashing in the waves or pool, just walk out your door and you are there.

This newly renovated and redecorated freshly painted condo features an amazing 8th flloor Penthouse ocean view, a large great room and 2 comfortable bedrooms that are sure to help you embrace the laid-back coastal lifestyle. The welcoming great room offers plenty of natural light, brand new electronic leather couch and reclinner chair with wireless phone charging, and a large 52" flat screen for binging on your favorite TV show. Cook up your favorite meal in the fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. There is plenty of seating in the adjoining dining area and additional seating at the kitchen counter if needed.

When it is time to turn in for the evening, a King Master Bedroom with Cable TV and an attached Master Bath that was just remodeled in 2021 is the perfect place to unwind. A separate bedroom is down the hall with a Queen bed and a twin bed with access to a separate full upgraded bathroom as well.

As you pull up, you will have two reserved parking spots where you can park your car for the entire visit and walk to restaurants, ice cream, coffee , clothing and grocery stores in downtwon Wrightsville Beach. You are across the street from Tower 7, South Beach Grill, Kohl's frozen custard, Trolley Stop, Vito's Pizzeria, 22 North and Jimmy's Bar.

Girls trip
The unit was immaculate and close to everything...especially the beach. I have been coming to Wrightsville Beach for 35 yrs and stayed often at Shell Island and the Dunes. But this was by far the best unit I've stayed in due to closeness to beach, restaurants, shops. We never stayed at Station 1 before because reviews often said it was "dated" but this renovated unit is top notch!! I will be back!

Cute Cozy Condo to rest and relax!
Last minute booking. This grandMOMmy had 2 meetings with my grandson’s foster family and siblings. A cute cozy condo to rest and relax definitely met all our needs. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The pool was the perfect place to meet and let all the kiddos play together. It was clean well appointed and our host, Linda, was easy to reach and made sure condo was well stocked with paper products etc. The best parts: The gorgeous view from the great room and master and the incredibly comfortable master bed. Incredibly nice unit with a gorgeous beach view. The Host went out of their way to accomodate us, we made our original reservation but due to some illness we had to reschedule, the host was very understanding and really helped us out. Another Fantastic Stay!
My kids and I absolutely love staying here. This was our second year in a row visiting and there is honestly nothing to complain about. The condo itself is great for our needs, always clean, plenty of space, and you can't beat the view. It's smack in the middle of Wrightsville Beach, so you can walk everywhere. We love the pool (if we're tired of the beach) and love that we can store all our beach gear down by the pool, instead of lugging it up to the condo every day. Linda is fantastic and is always responsive and helpful. It's for all of these reasons that I'll probably be coming back to stay here again later in the summer!

Beautiful home perfectly tucked away with feel of awesome ocean resort. Beach is world class with blue water, and soft, white sand. Perfect escape from the concrete jungle. Area safe and inviting. Met various people and they were warm and friendly. No doubt, will return!

Mini-Retreat on the Beach
We had a wonderful short (3-night) stay at this thoughtfully appointed condo, with a perfect view of the beach. *Loved all the cute cups & plates. We were surpised and delighted with the building's proximity to the beach as well. Further, the design and layout of the unit was great - in fact - I'd copy it for our everyday living if I could! Also terrific is that not only is the view perfect from the front full length windows, but there's a wonderful view out the back over the kitchen window as well! Our visit was perhaps "pre-season", but there were never any waits for the elevator - access up and down was not an issue. The check-in process has a number of steps, but Linda did a good job of explaining in writing. We would definitely recommend rental of this condo to any vacationers. Super clean too.
