Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles. There is one off street parking space in the driveway to the left of the garage. Property comes with one on-street parking pass available for a total of 2 parking spots. On street parking first comes first serve. Garage is not included with rental.
Pet Policy: Pets Considered. Pets are negotiable with non-refundable fee and refundable security deposit. Owner Approval Required.
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
