Publié le 8 janv. 2019 sur Hotels체크인 안내와 호텔정보는 역대급 최악이다. 전화번호, 체크인 위치, 사진이 전혀 맞지 않았다. 심지어 바우처에 적혀있는 데스크 전화번호는 없는 팩스번호이며, 데스크 위치가 나온 주소지로 가면 그곳이 아니었다. 수많은 현지인에게 겨우겨우 물어물어 이곳을 찾아갔을때 데스크 직원의 한마디는 메세지로 이미 안내했는데 당신이 잘못한 거라고 한다. 정말 어이없다.이곳을 예약하는 사람들은 사전에 반드시 전화와 데스크 위치를 모두 확인해야만 한다.
그렇지만 아파트는 구조, 청결도도 좋았고 포근해서 매우 만족스러웠다.
기대했던 광고에 나온 사진과 다른곳에 묶게 되었다 이곳은 시내와 그리 멀지는 않지만 이면도로에 입구가 있어서 야간 출입시에는 다소 두려움을 느껴야 했다.

Disgraceful organisation/Waste of Time!!!!!!

After checking out of our previous apartment on Saturday morning we headed to the address named on the booking for picking up the keys (Not the apartment address). Upon arriving to collect keys we were told that the keys were not in fact collected at this address and we should in fact walk to a THIRD address. So we walked with all our luggage to the third address which turned out to be the LUXURY SILENCE APARTMENT BUILDING. We waited half an hour for a receptionist to then be told that we were not staying in that building either and we could not collect keys there either. We were pointed in the direction of a FOURTH address!!! So we took our luggage and walked to the 4th address and thought we had succeeded when told this was THE PLACE. AFTER 2 HOURS WASTED CARRYING LUGGAGE AROUND THE CITY we had found the place.
We left our luggage and went to enjoy the Christmas market for an hour before checking in. Upon returning to check in we were told that in fact WE WERE NOT staying at this place, only collecting the keys! We were given keys and told our apartment was in fact AT THE 1ST ADDRESS we had visited!!
So we had wasted almost 3 hours of our Saturday due to sheer incompetence. The apartment company is a shambles, there is no logic, no common sense, no communication, you do not stay in the address as advertised, AVOID IF YOU ARE SHORT ON TIME!!!!

Apartment im Zentrum von Breslau
Publié le 23 sept. 2018 sur HotelsDas Apartment liegt direkt im Zentrum, allerdings muss der Schlüssel ca. 1km ausserhalb abgeholt werden. Das heisst man fährt zuerst zur Reception und muss danach nochmals 1 km zum Apartment laufen. Was wir als sehr ungünstig empfanden. Insbesondere da man ja noch seine Koffer dabei hat. Für jedes Zimmer gab es ein separates WLan. Das uns abgegebene Passwort resp. Das WLan Netzwerk war in unserem Zimmer nicht verfügbar. Auf Nachfrage hies es „immer wieder probieren, irgendwann funktioniert es“. Erst als wir Abends nochmals nachfragten gab man uns dass Passwort vom bei uns im Zimmer erreichbaren Netzwerkes.
Das inklusive Frühstück wurde auf das Zimmer gebracht. Dies hat aber beim ersten Tag nicht geklappt. Um dies zu melden musste man wieder bei der Receoption vorbei gehen. Nach 30 Minuten Wartezeit bis jemand kam konnten wir unsere Reklamation anbringen. Am zweiten Tag klappte es dann.
Wir werden Zukünftig darauf achten, ein normales Hotel zu wählen, da wir die Reception und das Zimmer gerne nahe beieinander haben.

Senti-me enganado, apesar de o apartamento ser grande e cuidado

They don’t care about their customers

They operate in 2 buildings and we had to walk from one building to the other because in one of the buildings you check in and get the keys and in the other building there is different staff from an other company which cannot help. But our main problem was: They couldn’t let us into the room because the door lock was defect. First they tried to solve it own their own which took a lot of time. We lost the whole evening in Breslau...it was our only day there :( at the end they couldn’t unlock the door and It took us three hours to find a solution wich would be fine for both sides but the manger was very unfriendly and didn’t want to help and take the responsibility for their mistake. Same with the Co-Manager. They didn’t felt sorry at all and didn’t behave very professional to make us still satisfied. They didn’t provide compensation although it was their fault that we hasnt have a room for our only night in Breslau on a Saturday!! We felt very disappointed. The staff in the hotel itself was kind, but they couldn’t really help since it was a managers decision to make. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place!! You don’t have a good customer service and also that you have to walk from one building to the other is very annoying. Even more that the staff in the building we should stay was not the staff from Luxury Silent House we booked through so you never could ask them anything...Luxury is a word they shouldn’t use

Publié le 12 juin 2018 sur ExpediaI recommend the property, but had problems with the check in. They were supposed to send me an email with instructions that never came. Even if sent, you have to have service while on the road. On top of that, the address in the reservation was wrong.

숙소 이름 잘 확인.
