Fantastic stay!
Publié le 4 oct. 2019 sur HotelsMy friend and I had an exceptional stay while we attended an event in Wroclaw. Very friendly and service-minded staff and the hotel itself is amazing. We loved everything about it and if ever returning to Wroclaw there is no need to look for another hotel.

Not my best stay, sorry
Publié le 17 sept. 2019 sur HotelsI chose the premises due to their proximity to the Olympic stadium where my marathon strarted. My first impression was good, the staff were ever so friendly throughout my stay. Breakfast was very well selected with excellent quality food.
But, now comes the dark side. My bathroom was not clean on both nights of my stay, the bathtub was very hard to get into, it is probably 65-70cm high, definitely not safe, the shower hand was broken. House keeping was not up to standard, I must say.
The young lady whom l complained to was ever so understanding and kind, she even personally delivered the missing coffe bags to my room.
Sadly I chose to leave the hotel on my third and last night in Wroklaw. l did not regret it.
