No instruction about where to collect keys from
Publié le 4 avr. 2016 sur HotelsWe arrives in Wroclaw at midnight, i rand ahead to warn the Hotel and ask how we would have our keys. They said the night porter would give them to us but didn't tell us that he could be found three doors away in an office that was not under the sign LEOAPARTS. We managed to get our keys quite by accident as we met someone from the appartment coming out of the door who took us to where the night porter was. For people arriving after the office is closed, there need to be much clearer instructions,. The next day we saw there was a tiny sign in the window but was still not clear about where to go to find the keys and could not be read at night as it sipmly did not stand out visibly in the window.

Publié le 26 juill. 2015 sur HotelsHotel très bien situé à proximité du Rynek et des restaurants. Appartement bien insonorisé (nécessaire) mais un peu "moite". Il manquait d'aération. Service minimum (les canapés lits pour nos enfants n'étaient pas préparés contrairement à d'autres apparts hotels que nous avons fréquenté). On n'est pas venu pour regarder la TV mais on n'a jamais réussi à réussir à capter la moindre image. Bien pour une nuit, pas pour plusieurs jours en été. Le rapport qualité prix est quand-même bon.

Publié le 6 oct. 2019 sur HotelsWe stayed in Durban apartment which was in a fantastic location, just next to the square. Everything was to our liking. A little bit noisy on Friday night but I’m sure that is to be expected, we happily camped out on the sofa bed instead of the bedroom. All in all a very good stay and excellent staff.

Sehr positiv an der Unterkunft war die Lage. Das Appartement war sehr zentral und auch sehr groß. Unsere Zimmer gingen in Richtung Innenhof und wir hatten somit ruhige Zimmer, trotz zentraler Lage. Das hat uns gefallen.
Leider war das schon alles, was es an posivivem zu sagen gibt. Was die Sauberkeit angeht, war es eine einzigste Katastrophe. Flecken auf dem Sofa und den Sesseln, schmutzige Bettlaken, muffige Handtücher, ein schmutziges Bad, fleckige Lampen im Schlafzimmer usw.
Hätten wir die Küche benutzen wollen, hätten wir erst alles sauber machen müssen. Die Gläser haben im Schrank gelebt, schmutziges Besteck und schmutzige Töpfe. Die Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle einfach nur eklig...
Der Mann an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich und gefühlt genervt von jeder Frage die man gestellt hat.
Einen Parkplatz muss man vorher reservieren, da das Hotel nur 2 Parkplätze zur Verfügung hat.
Auf der Straße gab es leider keine freien Parkplätze, somit mussten wir im Parkhaus parken für 69 Złoty den Tag.
Der Nachtportier war sehr freundlich.
