At the reception, a very unprofessional, aggressive, very impudent Girl, who upset me very much, delayed me during the paperwork, took a deposit of 220 euros from me for 3 days of stay and did not return them. She did not show me where the apartment is, because it is very difficult to find it between the corridors and spans for the staff, in the other wing, there was an apartment at 1:00 in the morning. I went myself and spent 15 minutes looking for accommodation, so I'm very upset. She closed the door after me and didn't let me in so I could ask her. How to get to the apartment. I write emails to Russian Towers asking them to refund my 220 euro deposit. They don't even answer my emails and don't transfer my friend's account to a Polish bank because I don't have a Polish bank account. I have an Emirates Bank account. But she said that she would not transfer money there because they did not want to spend money on transfer and transfer fees. This is the most unwelcoming and most disgusting trip to Poland through this company that I have ever had. I am so upset with the attitude of the staff in my direction that I want to complain about this company.

Dear Vitalina, unfortunately everything was a problem for you from the very beginning. A reservation was made not by you, but somebody else that called our reception speaking in Polish pretending to be you. The receptionist waited an extra 90 minutes after regular check in hours & was very nice to you, yet you talked down to her about the fact she decides to exercise & commutes to work on a bicycle and you commute in your “Lamborghini”. Not to mention it took an HOUR for you to check in that takes all other guests no more then 5 minutes. Maybe next time please treat everyone with respect and not so blatantly putting everybody down. Also please do not lie as your security deposit was returned to you to the Polish account you provided at check in. All security deposits are secured on a credit card as stated before Booking, but of course you didn’t read anything including check in hours, security deposit, nothing. Next time please read the important information provided to you before Booking to avoid problems.
