The suit room was impeccable. There are not much options close by for restaurants, but we tried both restaurants in the hotel and they are quite good. The only disappointment was that one of us was not feeling well and needed more rest. We asked for a late check out for one hour, before we head to the airport, and it was declined. At hotels at this level, I would expect more accommodations at customers’ need.

Front door was not open for our early morning departure. Front staff couldn’t speak English (night staff). Hotel didn’t do currency exchange.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Upon check-in, ginger tea was served and the hotel staff are friendly and professional. The hotel is very clean and seems to be well maintained, and its location very convenient for business meetings in Optical Valley and Economic Development Zone. The hotel's Chinese restaurant also stands out for the local cuisine. Will definitely stay there again the next time I go to Wuhan for business.

Great place to stay

The service at this hotel was expelempary. English language was enough to get everything I needed like booking cabs. The hotel is beautiful and the room very comfy. The breakfast was delicious. I didn’t go out in the area so not sore about location. Will definitely stay again!
