We stayed there for two nights and had terrible experience in the middle of the night. At around 1am, the ceiling lights were turned on by itself! We were terrified because the lights were right above your head and were extremely bright! We turned it off manually immediately, however it went back on within 5 minutes. And then we turned it off again, and it randomly turned on again! This kept going on and on for half an hour. We tried everything before calling the front desk for help, but unfortunately was told that there's nothing they could do. We paid for a five stars hotel but couldn't get a minimal sleep at night. The next day, nobody reached out, nobody came to fix the lights, it was like nothing happened. They eventually changed a room for us upon our strong request, but the overall experience was terrible. We definitely won't go back or recommend anyone to stay in this hotel in the future.

We were denied access to the lounge area! The toilet smelled of sewage.

Next to the best restaurant in Wuhan. Amazing facilities. Even walkable to the classics Wuhan Yangtze River bridge, what a fun and beautiful experience!

The staff are just doing their jobs and without enthusiasm. Breakfast was just ok and service was not up to five star level. Location is fine, I would say this is not up to Westin I stayed elsewhere but I would still recommend.
