Beautiful Wye

Aside from some tears in the couches and a proper vacuum needed, particularly under the beds, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location

Not clean
Publié le 28 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayI’m sorry but the place wasn’t clean ,sofas are all ripped ! Bed sheets didn’t seem clean to me .i took my own but my friends all got itchy after sleeping on those sheets.
My daughter dropped something and went under the sofa ,I can’t even describe the amount of dust that I saw .
Charging that much for that place was a bit too much .

We are sorry to hear that your experience of the cleanliness of the property wasn't up to your standards. Had you called our office number provided in the guest compendium we would have arranged to resolve any issues or problems that you had on arrival and throughout your stay.
We do strive our very best to prepare the properties for each of our guests to the highest standard possible and unfortunately we do apologize that this wasn't the case however had we known we would have addressed this immediately.
