Rooms were advertised/listed on Trivago as non-smoking; not true. The rooms were inadequate for handicapped access which is what came up in search. Very disappointed!

Nightmare

The outside was in terrible condition. Very run down. So not to jug a book by it’s cover, we went in. We had 2 room. Room 1 had shower curtains for bed spreads. Room was dirty and smelled like dog pee. The room next to this one had a dog that barked all night. Room 2. The curtains did not close all the way. We could see right through to the outside. We woke to the ceiling leaking all over the floor. The faucets for the tub did turn. The room was also dirty . We Asked for rooms together in my reservation and instead we had rooms on opposite sides and on different floors. Hotels. Com please consider removing them from you site.. The front desk person had 4 dogs in the area with him.

Confirm someone will be there at check in!!!!

Booked online through hotels.com, get there to find no one there. Open sign on, sleeping dogs in lobby, door locked, Rang bell & called with zero response. Sat in car on phone with hotels.com for 45 minutes & still not one person came to lobby.

Dear Melissa,We apologize for the experience you had, unfortunately due to the family emergency the person working night shift called out and other staff members helped as much as they could, but it was late and it was very unfortunate situation for our staff members. I hope it won't be like this type of situation in the future.

Bad hotel

The first room was supposed to be a smoke free room. Definitely was not. We switched rooms and it was supposed to be a smoke free room. It was not again. I woke up with a sore throat and headache and stopped up ears. The guy at the desk was not even at the desk for checking out the next morning.

Dear Barry,Thank you for taking time to give us the feedback on the room, now when i switched your room and when i showed you another room, you checked the room and u didn't smell anything and you were fine that the room didn't have any smoking smell, so I don't understand how u decided to take that room.

Dog friendly but .....

The fact that this hotel is 100% dog friendly and very affordable makes it top notch in my book. The room was decent enough, my only complaint is that I specifically reserve hotels that are 100% NON-SMOKING. They say no smoking in the rooms but don't enforce no smoking right outside. So unfortunately there were 2 men smoking upstairs over the railing and dropping ashes on my car (ended up having to move my car across the parking lot it was so bad) and within 30 minutes there was someone else smoking right next to my door, leaning against the building which blew all the smoke into my room causing an asthma attack. Ugh. Had to turn off the air, and use an inhaler. The turning off the air caused me to hear all the conversations outside at all hours due to no insulation around the doorframe. So pros and cons. I was grateful for the dog friendliness and price but probably won't stay again due to the health concerns.
