Not the cleanest
Publié le 21 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe carpet is filthy in the room and the hallways. Stained and haven’t been vacuumed in forever. The bathroom, specifically the shower area, had mold and buildup in the corners and outside the doors. The soap dish on the sink had soap build up on it. The towels smelled. The housekeeping is seriously lacking. You could hear people stomping on the floor above you so it was hard to get to sleep. The walls were paper thin.

Publié le 21 oct. 2024 sur HotelsOverbooked hotel, tried to check in at 5:30, room not ready, was told my rooms were secure and not to worry, came back at 8 and they gave my contracted room away. New room did not work with my group, had to accept it or sleep in car😕
