Séjour très sympathique. L'hôtel propose un très bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix.

Hotel sympa avec un accueil chaleureux . Chambre confortable. Agréable séjour un peu décentré mais les bus sont bien et en voiture tout est à proximité.

Hotel très correct sur une jolie place

Hotel bien desservi avec les bus locaux. Chambre neuve, très confortable, agréable et décorée sobrement et avec goût. Idéale pour 1 couple avec 1 adolescent et une durée courte. Nous sommes restés 2 nuits. Service d'accueil très pratique. Service de chambre très appréciable. A noter : le bruit dans la cage d'escalier s'entend fort (conversations, ménage matinal, déambulation) qui pourrait gêner votre sommeil nocturne ou matinal... acoustique à améliorer. Petit déjeuner continental décevant et peu chaleureux (pas de vrai café, pas ou peu de choix pour le thé, le pain, les céréales, le jus de fruit, produits laitiers, etc.). A noter qu'une excellente boulangerie locale ne se trouve pas très très loin (rechercher bakery Ta Saminu). Elle vaut le détour avec ses spécialités locales et l'accueil fort sympathique....!

Great room. Very clean and looks out onto a beautiful square and church. Self check in and check out. Breakfast was very convenient

Very good hotel. Small but well located and clean. I booked the 2 penthouse rooms which were good - so cannot comment on the other rooms. Centrally located in Gozzo. The only concern is that the reception desk is not always manned to help with customer needs. Also very disappointed about asking the hotel to help with the airport transfer service where charged £85 £4 city tax to share a taxi with another family but when made my own way back cost me £52

Therefore, your feedback is integral to our ability to continue to improve our service.However, we would like to offer our apologies for your concerns.With reference to your first concern, we would like to inform you that as written and explained on the welcome letter, although, the Reception Desk is not manned 24 hours a day, one can reach the Central Office Desk, 24 hours a day by dialing from the room phone. It will be our pleasure to assist you with your requests at anytime.With regards to your other concern, we would like to inform you that we have communicated the rate for the direct airport transfer with you before you made the final decision. Kindly be informed that the direct airport transfer is done by a third party supplier.As mentioned during your telephonic conversation, you can opt to use the public transport from the Airport to the Hotel or else take two transfers from the Airport to the port in Malta and another taxi from the port in Gozo to the Hotel. However, you opt for the direct airport transfer. It was your final decision and we booked what you have requested for.Kindly be also informed that the 4.00 city tax is not related with the direct airport transfer. You was aware about the city tax when you did the booking for the Accommodation as the 4.00 for the Destination Eco-Contribution Tax are for the government and not for the Hotel. When you did the booking, you have received an email from Expedia and from the Hotel, that you shall settle the amount of 4.00 for the Destination Eco-Contribution Tax. Therefore, once again, this city tax is not related with the Airport transfer. We hope the above answers your concerns satisfactorily.We hope that there will be another opportunity to having you back as our guests in the future.Quaint Boutique Hotels Team
