Publié le 25 déc. 2023 sur HotelsHotel is very clean, looks brand new. Service staff were polite and helpful. Location of hotel was perfect. Next to the night market street and in close proximity of everything. Breakfast was fantastic too. Too big of a spread..10/10 would recommend

The property is good with everything else but they won't turn on their AC system when the room temperature is already at 29C degree, the hotel cut off main AC so no matter what we do with the control inside, the temperature stay up, we complained but hotel says that's the way it is. I pay for a good experience, and temperature is important. for a hotel at this rate and this type of amenities, providing AC should be a requirement regardless of it is cool outside. Inside gets hot where there are multiple people in the room! what a disappointment!
