very nice hotel

always stay there tallest tower in Xian, a good place the hotel is nice and the rooms very well agenced.

L hotel est très beau et la déco test soignée Le restaurant chinois est bon et le bar est ouvert jusqu a minuit ce qui est rare en Chine Bref je recommande

Good location, older style hotel but well maintained. Staff are excellent, very helpful to ma because I can’t speak Chinese. Great breakfast, decent smallish gym. Too much plastic to be eco-friendly but very comfortable business stay.

I stayed a few nights at this hotel. As a five star hotel, this property meets the expectation of cleaness. The room setting is a bit out of date but it still works well in general. I particularly liked the bathroom layout -- it is larger than most hotel room bathroom by seperating toilet from shower/bath tub. The hotel staffs are good in general. However, I had a bad experience with one front desk staff -- Frank Fang. When I need to use the business center for a printing, I asked him where the business center was located. He told me that the business center had been closed. So, I asked him what the open hour of the business center was. He changed his words by saying that the business center was still open but no staff there. So, no guest can use the business center. Then, I asked his help for the printing. He said the front desk could help the printing but it would come with a charge. When I tried to hand him my USB drive for the priting, he told me that no USB drive would be accepted. Anyone who like to use the printing at the front desk has to use the Chinese App, Wechat, to transfer the file to him for the printing. For anyone without the Chinese App, nothing he can do. Then, he refused to give any additional help. I have a quite positive experience at this hotel. However, Frank Fang's attitude ruined my good impression of this hotel. Quite disappointed.

Hotel muito bom….mas deixou a desejar não arrumando o quarto na segunda diária….imperdoavel…pois saímos o dia todo para passear ,e foi alegado que não colocamos o papel na porta para arruma-lo
