Très correct
Publié le 5 avr. 2024 sur HotelsHôtel moderne et très sympa, à 15min à pied de la vieille ville mais dans un quartier dynamique.
Les chambres sont spatieuses et propres.
Seul bémol, pas de porte pour isoler la salle de bain de la chambre.
L équipe ne parle pas anglais mais reste très serviable.
Attention la deventure a changée Dc un peu galère pour trouver. Voici la devanture actuelle en photo

Publié le 6 juill. 2024 sur Hotels說是鐘鼓樓大唐不夜城店，其實距離很遠！ 我們連住六晚，第一晚房間充滿煙味，無法入睡！ 第二晚房門居然不能由內開啟，我們被關在房間內，太可怕！這飯店不推薦，雖然服務人員都很熱心而且很願意解決問題⋯⋯ 自助洗衣機也是個災難，只有三台，無數人等著洗衣服，遊玩後已經很累，還要守著排隊等著洗衣機空閒！ 還有烘衣機也是一樣，烘衣機還只有一台可以烘乾，其餘都是烘浪費時間的

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and gave us precise directions on which bus to take to our planned destination. We ordered an item online and had it delivered to the hotel and they accepted the parcel for us while we were out on a tour. We are very satisfied and had a pleasant stay.

Det är ett hotel enkelt men allt fyller sin funktion, sängen är skön och rummet är rent, det är prisvärt.
Men det finns inte frukost buffé, man kan beställa sina smörgåsar och drink, men det är rätt enkel frukost.

Overall very good stay. Only problem; not only for this hotel in China, is the sound proof of rooms as you always hear noises from the alley or next rooms.

With regard to the carpet problem you gave us, we have completed the renovation of wood flooring in most rooms. Due to the recent high occupancy rate, there will still be some guests staying in carpeted rooms. Please rest assured that all rooms are strictly cleaned and disinfected. If you would like to have a better experience, you can also give us feedback during your stay and we will be happy to change your room for you. For breakfast, the hotel has been offering a la carte meals with Western and Chinese categories since its opening, including on the booking website. There are also plenty of local breakfasts to try nearby. Of course, we will also absorb the opinions of all parties, and strive to do better, looking forward to your visit again!
