the location is downtown and closed to the metro station not that far. the room is a bit small but it was clean. there is some slightly smoke smell stick on the room. There is a problem with communication for Eng VS Chinese speaking.

The bed isn't clean, I see some spots on the bed. Not like other same level hotels, ibis Xian South Gate doesn't have a refrigerator and the mini bar is poor. Most important, the hotel doesn't accept Visa and MasterCard.

Very good location near Malls and subways. It is maintaining the ibis standard. Friendly reception too that are very helpful.

Convenient and great hotel

A great place to stay. Very convenient, it is near to a few malls and you can reach it via the subway which is about 5mins way. Same ibis standard and very helpful staff.

Excellent location. Staff spoke little to no english. Not to blame them, just inconvenient for me. They tried to be helpful though Very Noisy, heard the toilet and showers running in neighboring rooms. Breakfast was small but varied and adequate Rooms are small but modern style, cute and clean. Towels were not what you usually find a this kind of hotel, they were very thin. But I got a good deal that make the whole experience worth it: $US 80 for two nights

Poor security, poor management

There is no sign of "Please don't disturb" in rooms. One of my friends stayed in one of my booked rooms who put her wallet in the luggage and zipped during the day, when she came back in the evening, she missed 800 RMB in her wallet. After checked the monitor in the hallway, only the sanitary cleaner accessed the room without my friend's authorization. The hotel rejects our compensation request even though this is the management's fault. I have complained to the upper management, but there was no any reply.
