Worst room in 70 years

Pour : Not a hotel, it is a guest house.
Contre : List everything.
Emplacement : Location was good, near the subway station and bus stops.
It was a guest house.
We checked in and their system said, we are only booked for 3 nights, not 4.
We got this room since it had a private bathroom. Their shower had no hot water.
Nothing was provided( not mentioned at the time of booking). They asked to pay to rent towels, gave us 1/4 roll of toilet papers.
The door to the balcony had gaps where all the cold air came in. Their heater was broken.
