Hotel location is very convenient. Walking distance to the river and bridges. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Hotel owner is very friendly and helpful and take the initiative to help in booking traffic and introduce scenic spots around.

電話、メールが使えない状況でしたが、住所を頼りに辿り着く事ができました。HPの入り口の写真が見えた時はホットしました。宿の方はとても親切で、観光地図を下さり、お勧めの場所や料金など細かくアドバイスをしてくれました。
部屋は清潔でアメニティーも揃っていました。シャワールームのドアが完全に閉まらない為、少し水が漏れましたが問題ありません。
看板犬２匹が可愛くくつろいでいました。

This place is great!
An upscale hostel / inn perfectly located near the center of the center of all attractions, just few minutes of walking from the river and all Fenghuang main attractions.
The staff, especially the english speaking lady, are 100% helpful, on any issues, even after you check out.
I'll be back!

We had a nice stay at Veronica’s hostel! She was friendly and helpful and provided us with a map and lots of useful information right away. Also recommended us great places to eat (not the touristy ones!). The location is great, everything in old town is in walking distance. Our room was nice and really clean.

Great location inside the old town, Staff was so helpful, even helped us book bus tickets for the day after, and speak perfect English and they have the cutest dogs ever!

This hostel is a cozy space with a very nice host! The room was clean and provided towels and shampoo. Veronica was super friendly and had a perfect English. She gave us some tips about the town and she even got a man to help us at the bus station.
