The staff is very helpful. The hotel is located at a very convenient location with places for shopping and walking around.

The hotel is located in downtown Xiangyang, with the bustling commercial street right next to it. Shopping and dining are very convenient. The hotel has a clean and hygienic environment and is well decorated. I will come back in the future.

Pros: Great Hotel at a wonderful location
Cons: Maybe restaurants open late
Location: A wonderful park is across the road. A wonderful place to enjoy at all times. Also a rich history

Cons: bookings
Location: no idea!
after delay arriving due to late plane, was charged again! two days stay cost me over $1000.

Pros: The staff are very courteous and helpful.
Cons: Not much at all, actually.
Location: The location is very central to the city. It sits overlooking Zhuge Liang Square and the impressive statue therein and there is a Wanda shopping Mall.
The hotel is very well appointed and the breakfast is delicious. I needed to use the Business Centre on one occasion but it was closed so the Concierge took it upon himself to offer his workstation for my printing needs. It was most impressive.
