You get what you pay for. If you're expecting a $100 room, reserve a $100 room, not a$30 room. The pin location is not accurate for google maps.. don't tell your taci driver to google it. The taxi cost me as much as the room. The lady lady that answered the phone was a little bit hard to understand with light english. But she tried hard to help and eventually the shuttle picked me up from where i was lost

Most taxis do not know the hotel or the addresses. Not for elderly travellers have large bags need to carry luggage upstairs- no lift.

Not a hotel, it’s a family owned home stay.

It’s a home stay not hotel. No receptionist, pickup driver does it all. I doubted very much this place has any license to host foreigners. The surrounding area is terrible, in an alley, fear to stay and worried for safety. The pictures shown on Hotel,com is totally misleading. For foreigners, it’s hard to find any transportation or taxi to go anywhere (no local cellphone). I basically couldn’t run fast enough to get out of that place.

Seeing your comment, it's really funny. The hotel receives guests normally, and sometimes the driver picks them up or the front desk arranges for them. You can wait for a moment. There can't be a situation where the hotel is empty. The hotel is located right next to the airport, and of course, it's in the suburbs, which is definitely not as good as the urban environment. However, the price, accommodation environment, hygiene, and supporting facilities here are all fine, and can meet the normal transfer needs of guests. Please don't be too picky. If you want better conditions, there are five-star hotels at the airport, and the accommodation fee is also ten times that. You can choose. Finally, I wish you a pleasant journey.

May I ask if you are dissatisfied with the cheapest room you have booked and the best facilities provided to you? What are the differences between the hotel website facilities and the actual check-in situation? What is false or fraudulent? Please do not spread rumors here. The internet is not an illegal place.

Great location for short term stopovers, excellent service for picking up at airport midnight. 對遠從歐美的華人旅客、這是最佳選擇,酒店員工非常友善,半夜接機。地點安全,環境優雅乾淨。太棒了、我延長多住一個星期。
