Getting somewhat old
The hotel seams to leave on its past
One of the pool had cleaning system down but was still open despite trouble water
Restaurant is so so. Could be better for this brand. Consider going downtown for better options at better price and faster service
Quite noisy if you don t take a suite

Amazing stay
Posted Jun. 16, 2024 on HotelsThis hotel was AMAZING! We came to visit family in town and stayed at this hotel. The room was huge! The AC worked which helped a lot since it was so hot, the restaurant was great! The pool area also fantastic!

The highlight is there back pool, and it was closed. The service in the restaurant needs help. Took forever to order drinks, waiter forgot about us many times. He could have sold us at least 5 more margaritas but we got tired of waiting and went to the room to drink.
Check-in was also Terrible. We traveled all night and arrive there at 10am. We watched 50 guests arrive hours after us and get their rooms right away. They didn’t let us into our room until 3:30.

Thank your for your response, we are taking action on your comments, regarding the check in we depended on your room type, both rooms you had close together and the personalized gifts inside the rooms for the wedding so we could not move to different available rooms. the pool closure its published on several websites.

For close to $300 / night this property is not worth the stay… first night we were in a villa The air conditioner did not work. I have included a picture of our door. It had about 1/4 to half an inch gap within the front door. Room was large & bathroom was nice. we had to go let them know that we slept basically with no AC they did end up moving us to a different room, which was a lot smaller, but AC worked .Pools were really nice. Food was good. They have a on-site cocktail lounge/bar. The espresso martini was delicious. Everything else was pretty bad. would not recommend to family or friends for the price.
