The resort is very big and a good choice for families. This resort is a beautiful resort with 6 different hotels all in one.
The food at the buffet is good and clean but they don’t have fresh juices and Their deserts are not that good. Also I didn’t eat at their a la carte restaurants since it was all booked. Their free alcohol isn’t something to crave for .
The pools are big and nice. The beach is okay but I would never go back in it cause I almost fractured my food since it’s rocky and u don’t see it. The rooms are too outdated for this nice resort. And it smelled moldy in my room. They don’t have 2 queen beds they have 2 double beds instead which is something they can improve.
The gym is really nice.
They have a nice small mall with a sports bar which was fun for the kids at night.
The staff is nice but sometimes they don’t understand you well and it could be frustrating.
Overall our experience was great.
Would I recommend this place ? Yes
Would I come back ? Yes

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, Très agréable confortable , trés propre , bien équipé le personnel est exceptionnel, l'ambiance super conviviale, et trés familiale. Notre séjour a cet hôtel a été mémorable, je le recommande fortement

Somos clientes frecuentes y solo por esta ves 2 personas del bar tropical sexo masculino uno de ellos nos dijo rústicamente que ya no nos podía servir, y otro día mi esposo con brazalete premium pidió una bebida y no le quisieron servir esa bebida siempre en el mismo bar Tropical a la orilla de la piscina . Todo lo demás del hotel tiene 5 estrellas en especial bar Caribe

I liked the friendliness of the staff the food choices and the beach was beautiful. The palms on the beach and all around the property made it look like paradise and feel like paradise. Only think I didn't like it that there was no access to any bike in the property or around the property. Great huge property to go biking in and no bikes around. Other than that everything was great.
