J’ai adoré l’hôtel, très calme très propre on peut marcher dans 5 hôtels (il y a même un transport (autobus rouge) entre tous les hôtels))
Dans l’hôtel tout est proche, chambre/plage/piscine/buffet/restos/bar/salle de bain, le tout dans un décor moderne et la piscine à débordement est à couper le souffle

My wife and l just came back from a week long trip from the Barceló Riviera all adults
The service at this hotel is great, from Jose Hue at the buffet (very friendly and great service) to Fernanda and the entertainment team at the pool and all the team at the specialty restaurants, great job everyone.
One thing we noticed was that the people cleaning the rooms were a bit pushy to get in the rooms to start doing the cleaning, they did a great job cleaning but a couple of times we were in the middle of taking a shower and they only knock once and open the door, and that was a little awkward, they have a button on each room to let the housekeeper know that you don’t need service but they still try to get in the room after knocking once, entertainment at the hotel was ok, l noticed some issues with the sound , some of the shows were a bit hard to listen due to a lack of a sound engineer??
We never got any information on the shows from the other hotels until probably the las couple of days when we went and ask the front desk and they provided a list with all the shows , location and times, probably would help if we got this information when we arrived, all the specialties restaurants were good with excellent service, great beach, only downside is they don’t let you take any food to the pools or the beach, still this is a great place to stay and relax, we highly recommended and we would love to come back to visit again!

El hotel en general es inmenso, pero esta área de adultos en particular es más exclusiva y más nueva, ideal para descansar con tu pareja ya que es bastante tranquila, las habitaciones son bastante cómodas, con una vista hermosa al mar y con jacuzzi en el balcón, la atención del personal es muy buena, la comida del buffet es abundante y variada, la de los restaurantes si no es nada del otro mundo, la playa es bastante buena comparada con otras de playa del Carmen, lo unico malo es que no existen sombrillas en la arena, solo en el área de las piscinas que son espectaculares con muchos chorros de agua para hidroterapia, y algunos ascensores que no funcionaban y tocaba caminar demasiado, pero en la relación calidad precio es bastante conveniente

The view was amazing & the property was clean. Food was delicious. Would recommend!

Service was excellent. Room needs to be cleaned better at least the bathrooms smelled like sewer at times. Some staff members seem to not want to be bothered with helping customers. All other service was great.
