- Hotel under construction
- Noisy, dusty, lot of workers everywhere
- Very bad service, 90 min to be serve at the restaurant or bar
- No English speaking staff
- Dirty pool

I do not recommend this hotel due to the reasons below:
There is no a/c in common areas - lobby & restaurants
The pictures taken are very old - the hotel needs major renovations and there is black mold in the bathroom and stains on the walls
Poor customer service - it takes over 10 minutes to sign for a bill and takes over 3 employees to get it accomplished and there’s so many employees but no one will help with bags, where things are located, etc.
There is only one restaurant and only two swimming areas to go to - everything else was closed
I was really disappointed with this experience considering how lovely the hot spring pools are.
