Never comeback....
Publié le 14 janv. 2023 sur HotelsIt not provides beach towel, they said we must buy beach towels if we wantvto have one. There is beach but need to have a long walk through other property, there are no sunbed, just chairs...there are nothing around hotel need to take a car and have a long drive to find restaurants. Breakfast from 6:30 till 9am :(. We paid more than average in the area, thinking maybe we can get a nice hotel but it was not worth for what we paid for. The bathroom has a bad smell. It is not International standard...The hotel is belong to Nova group.

Unhelpful staff . Poor English . Not on the beach
Breakfast buffet was a joke ... I do not recommend to stay at this hotel . NOT INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS ... at all !

This hotel resort did not meet our expectations.
It was expensive and On arrival it was grubby, tired and sub standard and the rooms smelt of sewage!
The towels were dirty , the toilets didn’t flush properly and only one TV of 3 worked!
There was one restaurant that had been booked out for a private functionfor the first night and refused to serve us any food!
The included breakfast was poor and after 8.30 am there was little left ( breakfast was supposed to be served until 9.30 am)
The staff were indifferent and not as we have found in other hotels in Vietnam!
In our opinion this is not a 4* hotel!
We left early and couldn’t wait to leave!

Great beach
Publié le 22 févr. 2019 sur HotelsThere was a mixup with multiple online bookings but the hotel accommodated us and gave us an upgrade for the inconvenience. The rooms were large, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, and fantastic views. The beach was spectacular, and the outdoor swimming pool very large and clean. The only negative about the stay was the buffet breakfast which didn’t meet the other standards of the hotel. Very limited Western food but a great selection of Asian food for the buffet.

Old hotel, very large property!! It’s a good long walk to the beach, huge pool! Rooms old , terrible shower in room
