I’ll stay here again for sure. With knee problems, the ramp was very useful. Mainly because the railings on the steps are super wobbly and need to be secured. One day they’ll break and someone will go flying down the steps onto the parking lot.

Location to shops, restaurants, parks and beach. The unit was clean and cozy. Parking was great for the location! Bathroom was clean and well stocked, good quality towels! Could use better lighting and the TV was small! Overall it was just what we wanted for a short getaway!

Great place forba work trip. Close to shopping, coffee, walking on the bay with great wifi. This isnt the Ritz Carlton, but it clean, conforable and close to my favorite place to eat on the coast.

Great location, good price

We love that you can walk to everything. Good view. Overall good value basic room. I’d say the only I didn’t like was the bathroom door and a tiny tv so far away from the sitting area. We like to watch movies at night when we’re on vacation and it was not very comfortable. It would be nice if there was a coffee table or something to put drinks on. But if you just need a room to sleep in, I would definitely recommend it. I do also like the patio outside the room but only if you’re on the upper level.

Save your money

Pros: Easy, remote check in. Good location for walking in town. Cons: Our room obviously wasn't cleaned. There was old, smelly food in the fridge, old coffee pod in the coffee maker with no new pods, a dirty mug in the microwave, a single filthy cup, trash under the bed, and a condom in the dresser. The door handle is broken, so you can't even lock the door from the inside. They have an old broom handle to "jam" the sliding door from the inside but it can still be opened about 6" because the broom handle is too short. To unlock or lock from the outside, it's literally a padlock. The rental is managed by Vacasa, and they did send house keeping out to clean the room the second day we were there. However, then went to take a shower and the shower handle popped off and couldn't be used. Because I knew how to disassemble the handle, I was able to access the screw and tighten it in to use it. But for the price we paid, it is insane that this even had to be done. Vacasa sent in a "request to management" for a refund, but obviously we haven't heard anything back as of yet. Not worth the money. Very disappointed and will never use the service again.

Some issues

The lock broke. While management and maintenence were helpful, we still had to stay with a makeshift security situation for the weekend. Also, there were long hairs in one of the "clean" towels. There was no shelf in the little fridge, just a produce drawer, and the place just smed a little run down. That said, great location, and good stay otherwise.

Love our stay!

We had a great time staying in Yachats. and loved the little town. The room was comfortable and perfectly located so we could walk anywhere in town. We were able to bring our dog which was very important to us. The only thing we didn't like is the heater cover in the bathroom was really dirty. Otherwise, we felt it was clean. Definitely the upper group of rooms have the best view! The ocean park is a short walk from the inn and has wonderful tide pools. We had a great time walking our dog along the river and picking blackberries which were delicious. We thought the best place in town to eat was the Drift Inn which is right next door. They have a great pet friendly patio and a cool pond under the bar area. We loved exploring Cape Perpetua and taking hikes in the park. The whale spouting in front of the inn was really cool (you will have to see it to understand!) The housekeeper Trinity was a lot of help and really friendly. We highly recommend this inn.

The view was nice but room could have been cleaner.

The carpet had a crushed grape on it and the coffee table had food crumbs so it could have been cleaner. The shelves in the refer were missing. The bed was comfortable and it had a nice view. Great places nearby to eat. They just need to work on house keeping.
