-The TV control needs new batteries. Thank goodness it was easy to turn the TV on by a button that is on the TV. The Cable control worked great.
-The bathroom could use some extra hooks on the back of the door to help hang clothes on.
-The outside of the building could use some TLC. Plants growing up through the foundation against the building walkway.
-The gravel parking area by trashcans and electric car charger, of building that has Driftwood room, is washing out by the road causing a deep ditch to have to drive over when parking the car next to the building.
-The big picture window in my room blinds would not lower down at all no matter what was tried. They stayed up the entire time. Thank goodness there were drapes to pull.
-Refrigerator freezer caked with a ton of ice. Needs defrosted badly.

Okay stay but with a little TLC this place would be great! The room is a good size, plenty of room for the couch and king size bed they have in there. The view from the room was perfect since we ended up needing to stay inside a bit while it rained. Why I gave it a three star rating was for cleanliness. They do a decent job of surface level cleaning but that’s where it stops. There were cobwebs all over the space with bugs in them, grime in and on the blinds, and the walls didn’t look like they had ever been wiped down. Lots of untapped charm and potential.

Publié le 4 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe code for the door was wrong. Our unit did not have a door with a touchpad number lock. It had a key box which you have to push pin the numbers. When I called Custer service they confirmed the code is for my unit. Than god someone who maintains or manages the property was there to help out.
The cleanliness is very bad. Does the drapes to the bed are from 1980’s and has not been updated since. The drapes has huge stains on them.
There were cob webs and spiders crawling around. I managed to clear some and kill a couple but then there were these weird creepy crawlers at the doorway and windows. Behind the beds and underneath were not clean. Had to completely take off the sheets to make sure there were surprises. The bed was not comfortable at all.
The TV report to power the TV did not work. Had to manually power the TV on and Off.
WiFi was not strong at all. My Verizon with one bar was faster than the room WiFI.
The location was good and convenient.
The front lawn was not trimmed well where you could take your to do her thing.
This place need a huge facelift if not folks will not be staying here. Until then, I would not recommend folks rating here at all.
The worse part was it was raining heavy and the walkway to the car was a challenge. The gutter was overflowing to the path we were trying to walk.
Will not stay here again and will not recommend this place to anyone else.

Cozy Cottage with Nice Ocean View

Room had a great view. Close to downtown. Everything within a easy walking distance.
Room was very spacious. Loved the king bed! However couple of the outlets didn’t work and the wifi was slow.
Found a few creepy crawlers. One on the bed (a no-no) and on in bathroom. Both were alive. I don’t do bugs of any kind.

Incredible!!! 2-3 blocks from amazing coast park for whale watching etc… right next to restaurants and shops. Bed was comfortable, wifi was great for streaming etc…
