Absolutely loved hearing the ocean at night from our room! Room was well set up, clean and comfortable. Front office staff were helpful and had grown up in Yachats so had lots of local knowledge. Looking forward to our next stay!

Do yourself a favor and just don’t stay here.

We checked in two hours after check in and were given keys to an unmade room. They switched us to another room so that wasn’t a big deal. Went to dinner and came back to a “teenager throwing a tantrum” two rooms down from us. The screams were so loud that people from other properties were coming to find out what was happening. When we complained we were told that we should go back to our room and deal with it or they would be calling the police on us. The service was beyond rude and I would never go there again.

Unfortunately children have melt downs at 930pm, but we are on site to handle this exact situation. Luckily, we were able to resolve the noise problem quickly. However, when we have other rooms yelling profanity out their windows, causing neighbors to come to the property, the police aren't only the last resport but the appropriate response upon contact with your room. Even worse, our staff was inappropriately yelled at by the same guests of your room, including profanity, which we don't accept in any scenario. We don't wish anyone the unpleasant disturbance of an out of control child, however much less do we accept guests taking matters into their own hands or acting inappropriately with our staff.

It's comfortable enough, no bells or whistles - no frills motel. Very close to ocean. Dog friendly. Office to check in rarely open as office management is busy cleaning or doing maintenance. Not representative quality for the price of accomodations.

Very good, simple place to stay. Easy walk to 804 oceanside trail, easy walk into main Yachats area for various food, drink, and tourist shopping. Property itself is simple, old but maintained, clean. I like to leave my car parked and walk, and here there were many locals that also enjoyed walking.
