The property is aged and worn, all the vending machines are broken or empty, the breakfast was severely deficient (out of almost everything), and the desk clerk and manager seemed incapable of operating the computer and billing system (I was charged for a prepaid room). Hotels.com was GREAT and corrected the billing issue. Wyndham should pull their brand from this one.

Breakfast was bad 1 day and nonexistent the next. The whole place needs renovations throughout

Checked out the same evening we checked in and had to stay elsewhere locally. The hotel was not up to a reasonable standard for the type of accommodations it was meant to provide.

Evidently Wyndham will put their name on anything. 3 night stay. Paper "No" signs everywhere. 1st night sink would not drain AT ALL. Couldn't even brush teeth or wash hands. At my request, put me in a different room the 2nd night that had an AC that sounded like a lawn mower. I told them unacceptable and the put me in yet a 3rd room. Windows were broken, being held together with lots of duct tape. Only window covering was a shredded sheer curtain. They promised they would fix this for night 3 but they did not. One desk person made assurances that these things would be fixed but nothing ever was. They had a hard time finding rooms 2 and 3 even though the parking lot was all but empty. Breakfast was laughable - ended up having to eat out all 3 mornings. Will never stay at a Wyndham again.
