Stunning detached villa with sea view, beautiful landscaped gardens, A/C & wifi

This villa is located in a peaceful residential area called Zafiro which is approximately 4 kms out of Playa Blanca itself but situated close to the beautiful sea front promenade towards the lighthouse that runs into Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. There are a row of local amenities (2 provision stores, bars, restaurants, cafes etc.) around a 15 minute walk away, which makes this area quite self-sufficient but the main beaches and amenities are around a 40-50 minute walk (although another beautiful row of bars/restaurants and some sandy coves are only about a 25 minute walk away). That said, there is also a very efficient bus service that runs on a regular basis every 30 mins, together with easy access to taxis which can take you in to Playa Blanca or the Marina Rubicon within a matter of a few minutes. The airport is approximately 35 minutes drive from this area.
Villa set in a small, quiet development just a few meters from Vicks Hotel , with a beautiful Chill out bar open to public as well all their services. This lovely property has been furnished tastefully.
The master bedroom with kingsize bed with its own ensuite marble bathroom with a door leading to the pool area.
Second bedroom with a double bed and 3º bedroom with 2 single beds.
A second full bathroom with walking shower.
The chic lounge has a large flat screen Satellite TV and patio doors lead to the electrically heated pool and terrace for sun bathing.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. The washing machine can be found in the utility room.
Outside you will find the alfresco dining area with seating for 6 people canarian BBQ ideal for relaxing with a cool drink while the chef of the house is manning the BBQ.
Linen, bath/hand/ and beach/pool towels are all provided and also an hairdryer is supplied for your convenience.
Pool size: approximately 8m x 4m, ranging from 1.2m to 1.75m in depth with Roman steps to enter.
Pool heating will run from November to April. Outside this period will have an additional cost of 120€/ week.
This villa comes with WiFi included at no extra cost.

Une magnifique maison près de Playa Blanca
Un super séjour : la maison était nickel. Elle est très bien équipée (y compris des jeux pour petits et grands) et de plein pied.Tout est en parfait état, la literie est parfaite. Les propriétaires nous ont accueilli avec quelques courses ce qui fait très plaisir. Il y a quelques commerces et restaurants à 10 mn à pied sinon Playa Blanca est à 20 mn en voiture. Nous étions avec nos deux filles de 8 et 4 ans et avons passé 2 superbes semaines. Nous avons pu explorer une bonne partie de l’île en voiture. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés.

Superbe villa ! Rainiero et Francesca sont d'excellents hôtes, avec beaucoup d'attentions durant tout le séjour. Leur accueil a été très chaleureux. Rainiero nous a indiqué quelques centres d'intérêts que nous avons très appréciés. La villa est au sud ouest de l'île, dans un endroit encore préservé du tourisme de masse. Un petit centre commercial à une dizaine de minutes à pieds permet de faire des achats et de profiter des terrasses de bars et de restaurants. Une voiture nous a été indispensable pour visiter de façon autonome de magnifiques endroits de l'île, parmi lesquels le lac vert situé dans un magnifique golfe à la vue époustouflante, le jardin des cactus, les grottes le Los Verdes, le parc national de Timanfaya au paysage lunaire, les magnifiques plages comme Papagayo et une traversée en bateau sur l'île de La Graciosa, à visiter à vélo. Parcourir l'île volcanique de Lanzarote est vraiment un immense plaisir. Après tout ça, finir la journée dans la piscine d'une superbe villa est très apprécié. Merci encore à Rainiero et Francesca !

Un havre de paix, parfait!
Superbe location! Dans une urbanisation très calme non loin du centre de Playa Blanca près du phare. La villa est très bien conçue et équipée. Description et photos fidèles. Piscine et extérieur au top, chauffée à 31° et une terrase semi-couverte parfaite lorsqu'il y du vent , aucune nuisance des voisins ni vis à vis. Remarquable, l'efficacité et la gentillesse de Rainiero et Francesca les propriétaires. Nous avons rarement été aussi bien accueillis! Service de ménage une fois par semaine et Rainiero passe 2 x/semaine pour la piscine, parfait et discret. Une location à recommander si vous cherchez le calme et le confort, tout en étant proches de toutes les commodités. C'est notre sixième location à Playa Blanca et celle-ci est de loin la meilleure à tous points de vue. Merci encore à Rainiero et Francesca pour leur super accueil. A bientôt certainement :-)

Totally relaxing.
From start to finish - great. The owner was really helpful and responded to any questions/ requests very quickly. He kept us informed of anything we needed to know. He even organised our return airport transfer for us. Thanks. Very comfortable villa. Had all we needed. Great restaurants, supermarket and good coastal walks nearby. Excellent swimming pool!! Fantastic Villa!!
Absolutely loved our stay in this stunning villa, the pictures really don't do it justice. Very clean, quite spacious and wonderfully decorated. And the outside is fantastic, with a pool and good mix of places to sunbath and get in the shade, with a roof terrace for watching the sunrises and sunsets. Set in a quiet area of Playa Blanca, with a 5-10 minute walk to some local shops and a 30-40 minute to the main area of Playa Blanca, but we hired a car which I would recommend. The host was lovely, really friendly with a nice welcome pack and some advice for the local restaurants, and good communication throughout. Thoroughly recommend this place, would book again

Ideal Holiday Villa
The villa was exactly as advertised, spacious, well equipped and well maintained. The grounds are very attractive and the heated pool was properly heated. The property benefits from a nice balance of sun and shade, we enjoyed all of our meals in the covered dining area. The plot is completely private with very little possibility of being overlooked. We were there for a month and could definitely have stayed longer. The owner Rai responded to all our requests very quickly and he left us a very nice welcome pack. Best memory - having a Gin and Tonic on the roof terrace watching the sunset.

Would just point out that we only do reviews for people that provide exceptional service. Rainiero was on hand to help with any issue, large or small. Our only disappointment was that it was more difficult than we thought to walk along the coastal path, or indeed to the shops/restaurants @ Calle Irlanda, so for anyone other than super-fit hikers [probably 😉], we would regard a car as essential. Once again, thanks to Rainiero for his help, particularly for sorting out the pool heating...we had no idea it wasn't working properly. We would certainly choose this property again if we holiday in Playa Blanca.

10 Day Stay late October
Just returned from staying at this beautiful Villa in Lanzarote. It was our first time visiting Lanzarote and we didn’t really know what to expect. We usually take our holidays in the summer months but this year we had to cancel our holiday last minute due my fathers bad health. We chose Lanzarote for the sun and just to relax after a tough few months. It was booked late August the owner, Rainiero, got in touch via whatsapp to introduce himself and arrange what time we would be flying in and give instructions on how to access the property. The villa was well equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay, it was extremely clean and the furnishing was a tasteful and comfortable, we also felt safe in the villa. Rainiero visited just after our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed and was very helpful by giving us advice and suggestions on places to shop and eat. Lanzorote was a lot quieter than previous places we have visited but the island is beautiful and we hope to return another year. If the villa is available we would definitely try book to stay in Rainieros villa again. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and comfortable during our stay.

Schöne Villa nah am Meer
Eine sehr schöne Villa in einem großen Neubaukomplex, nahe am Meer. Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen und für die Kinder (0, 1, 3) war es auch sehr schön. Das Haus ist gut gebaut und ausgestattet. Auch die Lage ist sehr schön, den Meerblick von der Dachterrasse konnten wir zwar nicht so sehr genieße (es ist dort zu windig), dafür lädt die Umgebung zu sehr schönen Spaziergängen ein. Entweder die Promenade entlang Richtung Playa Blanca oder nach Westen wo man nach kurzem Gehweg in der schönen rauen Natur ist (Achtung: nicht für Kinderwägen geeignet) Auch die Kommunikation mit Rainiero hat super geklappt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The villa was very well equipped. It was clean and comfortable. The garden and pool area are very attractive and completely private. The location felt safe and well cared for and was quiet. Proximity to shops, restaurants and lovely walks along the cliffs or into Playa Blanca town made this an ideal location for us. It felt away from the crowds but close enough to the town for the more commercial facilities. Communication with our host was first class, with suggestions for things to do and places to eat!

Tolle Villa in ruhiger Lage mit schönem Garten. Großer Pool mit Sonnenterrasse. Überdachter Bereich mit Schutz vor Wind und Regen. Auf dem Dach ein weiterer Loungebereich für brachtvolle Sonnenuntergänge und einen super Ausblick. Im Realen viel besser als in der Objektbeschreibung. Sehr saubere und gepflegte Anlage. Rainiero und seine Frau Francesca sind sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Vermieter, die bei Bedarf immer erreichbar waren. Wir haben die Woche dort sehr genossen und können die Villa bestens weiterempfehlen.

Absolutely stunning villa
From start to finish Rainerio’s villa was amazing. His communication was excellent. The villa accommodates everybody within a family dynamic. Very private neighbourhood & only a short drive to playa Blanca port and marina rubicon. The villa was beautifully decorated, every little detail was thought about. For our first family holiday since well before the covid pandemic we came away from the Villa & would instantly rebook again it was that good. The pool is the perfect size, temperature & it’s great you can cover it at night. The staff that attended the villa during our stay were thorough too, so it meant the cleaning of villa & pool was good too. The beds are comfortable. The furnishings inside & outside the villas are great too. With plenty of cupboard/storage space for your stay. Nothing was too much trouble either. Rainerio the owner was so accommodating, answered every question I had during our two week stay. He advised us of the area of Playa Blanca too, recommendations for restaurants etc. I cannot fault this villa one bit. It was perfect for my family & I. If I had a couple of recommendations it would just be to update the fans in the bedrooms as the ones currently here are older now & the water pressure is a little weak in the bathrooms. But these really are minor details for such a fabulous villa. Thank you so much for having us.
