Excellent!! Love that every room looks toward the river. Convenient Mexican food restaurant next door.

Great place. Excellent breakfast. Afternoon staff great. Very clean. Lovely balcony with river and a river walk right outside.

Nice stay in Yakima - great value
Publié le 26 août 2024 sur HotelsWe did appreciate the balcony overlooking the river and the hot tub soak to soothe our tired legs from walking all over the Olympic National Park and the Mt. Rainier forest walk to Silver Falls. Yakima was a great stop on our way home. The bed was super comfortable, and there was only a little stomping noise from the room above us (we were on the third floor). The handicapped accessible room (not needed or requested) had a showerhead a little low to use, but the rest of the room was laid out nicely for us. The complimentary breakfast was good, with hot choices like waffles, eggs and sausage gravy/bisquits. A bonus for us was that the EV charging stations were on site.

Check-in was very slow. The young lady was doing her best but when the line is five deep and one guest has a problem with his business' card it would be better to have more than one person staff the desk. We had an accessible room which was accessible but the bed was so low to the ground it was difficult to get out of. The room needed updated as well. Also thought the $150 deposit was excessive.
