ゴールデンウィークのご利用、誠にありがとうございました。今年は日並びもあまりよくなく、お出かけなさる方が少ない印象でしたが、数ある宿から当館にお出でいただき、重ねて御礼申し上げます。そして満点のご評価、大変嬉しく思いますGW後半は好天に恵まれました。約1500メートルの当地は空が近く、宿の玄関先でも星が綺麗に見えます。温泉大浴場からも夏にかけて流れ星が見られますよ。滞在中、お部屋の案内に古い情報があるとご指摘いただいたことと存じます。限られたスタッフでの運営ですが、また多くのお客様で賑わう夏に向け、できることをどんどんクリアにしてまいります。年季も入り、特別な設備もない宿ですが、自然を求めお出でになる皆様に安心してご利用いただけるよう、努めてまいります。口コミご投稿、誠にありがとうございました。

I will start with positive comments.
1. Staff is extremely kind, helpful, and they always have smile on their faces. They definitely made the biggest contribution to our stay and I hope they are aware of it and that they are well compensated for it.
2. Food is a perfect gateway to authentic Nagano culinary cultural experience.
3. Rooms are spacious. And I like the idea of onsen.
4. If you are on a fast pace travel to Shiga Kogen I believe location is perfect. You literally ski in and ski out and can access other mountains by skiing or by free of charge bus. Snow Monkey Park stop is 25 minutes away. Hotel is 3 minute walk away from bus stop. And Nagano station is closer ride as well.
On the other side, I was unpleasantly surprised by the condition of hotel. It seems like no money was invested in its appearance for few decades (besides new restroom in shared area on the first floor). Bathrooms in the rooms are outdated, onsens as well. Overall, it seems like majority of Shiga Kogen hospitality industry stopped developing decades ago which is sad because it is such an amazing place and I feel grateful I got to experience it!

Thank you very much for your stay the other day. We are very happy to get high score and your heartwarming comments. Your detailed review will be very helpful for those who consider stays here. On the other hand, we are sorry for the inconvenience regarding the hotel conditions. The hotel itself is dated. We have to repair as soon as possible. As you mentioned, ShigaKogen may be inconvenient and dated compared with other famous resorts in Japan despite it has good snow in winter. We think ShigaKogen has to keep pure nature but…Thank you for your really great review!

We were awaken by loud banging on the wall at around 6am. It felt like the hotel was fixing something and they couldn’t wait until everyone was awake to fix the problem.

Thank you for your visit. We are really sorry for the inconvenience. That noise inevitably occurs when we turn on the heating all at once. Due to specifications, it cannot be changed immediately. We would like to turn it on at the most appropriate time, but please understand. We are terribly sorry.

Very close to the ski slope. It was easy to get everyone out the door in the morning with the ski locker and ski rental location.

Thank you very much for your stay new year. We are very pleased to get max score The hotel is located inside Sunvalley Ski Resort. You can go bound for Okushiga only by ski and lift (sometimes short walk). Sunvalley is located on the bottom and center of ShigaKogen. Here is not so high but we think you can enjoy ShigaKogen fully with various courses from here. Thank you very much for this good review. We had concerns about amount of snow until the end of year but we think there has been snow enough now and during your stay. Onsen is very pleasant after skiing. 夕食・朝食をホテルで食しましたが、料理が抜群に美味しかったです。品数も多く、野菜が新鮮で大満足でした。ホテルの方々も親切でした。
不満だった点
滋賀高原にあるホテル全体に言えることかもしれませんが、建物はかなり古いです。部屋付きのシャワーは水がほとんど出ませんでした。

過日のご利用、誠にありがとうございました。料理を中心にご満足いただけたところもある一方、そうでない点もあり、誠に申し訳ございませんでした。仰せの通り、当館も大分年季が入ってまいりました。当然のことながら清掃は不足なく行っておりますが、室内・共用部ともに旧さを感じる点があることと思います。また、お部屋のシャワーが弱かったとのこと、お部屋タイプ指定なしのお客様には是非とも大浴場を優先的に利用いただくようご理解いただきたく存じます。今回、お客様は匿名での口コミで、該当の部屋は不明ですが、和室・洋室等シャワーありを謳うプランもございますので、指定でご予約の方には適切な環境を提供できるよう、水圧の確認・修繕を行ってまいります。口コミご投稿、誠にありがとうございました。

9月10日の志賀高原ヒルクライムに出場する為、利用させて頂きました。予約の時点では大人1人で素泊まりの予定でしたが、急遽宿泊人数を2人に変更しさらに夕食をつけて貰ったりと、迅速でスムーズな対応をして頂きとても感謝しています
何より事前のメールのやり取り中
ホテル周りに何も店が無く予め朝食を準備する必要がある等教えて貰った事がほんとに有難かったです
また、ヒルクライム参加者用に無料でバナナを配付していたりととにかくサービス満点で
サイクルイベント以外でも再度利用したいと思えるホテルでした

シンタロウ様先日はヒルクライムに際してのご利用、誠にありがとうございました。総合満点の評価を頂戴し、大変嬉しく思いますこのグリーンシーズンまで諸事情で素泊まりのみの掲載でしたが、冬季より食事付も再掲しましたので、どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。今回はレースということで、皆様の調整不足にならないよう、食事に関しては予め連絡を差し上げました。通常のご旅行でも、当館・志賀高原での宿泊を検討の方はお食事に関してご注意下さいませ。山内の周辺には事前予約不要で気軽に利用できるレストランやコンビニはございません。当館も原則事前予約のみで、当日の申し出はお受けできない場合がございます。もちろん、お車で長野方面に20分強下れば飲食店や商業施設があるので、気ままに好きな食事を楽しみたいという方は、チェックイン前でも後でも時間を自由にお使い下さい（素泊まりや朝食付の場合、21:00頃でも対面のチェックイン可能です）長野マラソンで長年参加者をお受入れしてまいりました。ヒルクライムにもその経験が活かせているとよいのですが、何か改善点などありましたらまたお聞かせ願いたく存じます。ご丁寧にお土産まで頂戴してしまい、お気遣いにこちらこそ感謝感激でございました。これから紅葉シーズンを迎え、すぐに冬が訪れます。酷暑の夏でしたが、今後はどのような気候になるでしょう。不安と期待が入り混じった感覚です。また来年も是非ともお待ちしております。口コミご投稿、誠にありがとうございました。
