Location of Property is good but room was so dirty

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is exactly in front of the laxmanjhula bridge.The view from the riverfacing room is amazing.
I didn't like the cleanliness of the bed sheets and the pillows
and the room conditions are not soo good.
