LIVING AREA

Make yourself at home in the lovely living area, featuring an elegant bay window, a wood-burning fireplace, and a cable TV.

Gather in the den around the large smart TV or play cards at the game table. A twin bed with a trundle offers flexible sleeping space.

This two-level home accommodates five guests between two bedrooms and the den.

Sleep soundly in the primary suite, appointed with a queen bed and a smart TV with Amazon Fire. The en-suite bathroom offers a walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A twin bed with a trundle in the den offers additional sleeping space.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Fire up the gas grill and cook up dinner on the back patio. The wooded backyard offers plenty of space for the kids to play. An outdoor shower provides added convenience.

Parking is available for three cars in the driveway. Street parking may also be available on a first-come, first-serve basis (spring, summer, and fall only).

LOCATION

Pick up morning coffee or the famous pizza at Peterson’s Market, a quick walk right out your back door. Then head to Main Street to peruse authentic New England shops and boutiques.

Admire sunsets above the scenic salt marshes or use the provided kayak at Gray’s Beach. Beautiful sand and views await at popular Mayflower Beach -- one of the most unique shorelines on Cape Cod Bay. Hit the links at Kings Way Golf Club. Explore a section of the Cape Cod Rail Trail or bike the entire 25.5 miles.

End the day with a hearty meal and a crisp drink at Oliver’s & Planck’s Tavern, just a 5-minute walk through the path beyond the backyard.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Quite little home in a private neighborhood. DOG FRIENDLY! We brought our dog to CC for the first time and this property was welcoming of him. Great backyard for kids and lots of games for them as well!

My stay was horrible. I arrived to find out the outside furniture was damaged and swapped out and not as pictured. We had a problem with water under the flooring and the management service failed to help me address having to relocate. I would never use vrbo again

Very nice centrally located home with comfortable beds, new/newer appliances with what looks like all anyone would need for a nice stay, unfortunately it was cold during our stay so we couldn't take advantage of the well-appointed back yard. There were a few issues with only one that really affected us. The shower handle in the main bathroom would turn on its own and become quite hot. These didn't bother us, the sprinkler along the driveway didn't shut off so you had to work your way around it, or you'd get wet. The basement was cold, luckily, we didn't need use it. (Probably would feel really good in the summer.) Overall, we enjoyed this property and would not hesitate to stay again.

Perfect Spot For Our Stay
The home was clean and spacious for our family. Restaurants and grocery stores were very close. Access to a beach was within minutes. The back yard was a perfect spot for hanging out in nice weather. The ONLY negative thing was that there was no heat in the basement where my son wanted to sleep. A space heater would have been a nice addition. But that’s not enough really to complain about. It wasn’t freezing down there.

The house was as pictured, great location in a quiet neighborhood. FYI - there is no tea kettle in the kitchen but it’s pretty well stocked besides that. Backyard is lovely and well suited for my small dog.

This adorable Cape rental was perfect for a week long summer vacation with family (7 and 4 year old). The house appeared to be updated recently and the neighborhood was perfect for a family staying. Our only issue was mildew found on 2 of the inside AC units. Once we discovered this and alerted the property manager they did have some one out in 1-2 days to clean it.

Fantastic family getaway
We love this house! It is clean and nicely decorated. It has all the essentials for cooking family meals. Washer and Dryer are new. Everything has purpose and is in its place. A working fireplace is great for a cold day. The beds are very comfortable. Finished basement with a huge screen TV and board games provides additional living/play space. There are also two additional single beds in the basement. The backyard has tree-line that provides privacy. It was a cold winter month when we visited so we didn’t get to enjoy outdoor much. I imagine it will be so nice to utilize the space in the summer. A good seafood restaurant is 5 mins drive away. About 10 mins walk. There was a snow storm two days before our departure. To our surprise, the maintenance crews came by to clear our drive way and walk way!! That was wonderful! Unlike other properties these days, all that we were asked to do before leaving is loading the dishwasher. To sum it up, we enjoy our stay and like the house so much that we will be back!

Fabulous Collingwood Home!
Great location. Easy walk on trail to Petersen's Market on 6A. Very private back yard. Experienced problems with the grill but that will be repaired, I'm sure. Great lower level area and easy to use laundry. Top of the line appliances. Nicely decorated home and well supplied linens. Could use some accessories in the kitchen. Short drive to all beaches and restaurants. Be sure to go to Jack's Outback for breakfast! Popovers are incredible! Turn Key was very helpful~

Sparkling Clean and Well Located
Very clean and comfortable house that is close to everything while located in a quiet neighborhood. House has everything you need (although you may want to bring a more powerful hair dryer if you have long hair). Communication with management was excellent, after a tedious rental process - which they may have smoothed out by not.

Home was ideal in many ways. Great location as it was less than a 10 minute drive to Mayflower Beach and close to many good restaurants. The layout of the house was also terrific for those with young children. It was very open especially in the basement, which gave our kids lots of room to run around.

This rental was wonderful and spacious for our family. The kitchen here was beautiful and had everything you would have at your own home. The outdoor space was great and beautifully landscaped with grass for the kids to play around on as well. Over all we loved the place, it had everything you needed and we would rent it again.

This house was perfect for our family of 6. Super clean, beds comfortable, kitchen fully stocked and the BEST PART was the outdoor shower. We used that everyday after the beach. Peterson market was a 3 min walk when you cut through the back yard. There is small path into the woods that leads you right to the parking lot. Only downfall I left my diamond earrings in the house and Turnkey could not find them 😭. All in all I would recommend this home to anyone with a small family.

Our new favorite vacation house!
What a great house! I was nervous when I realized the listing stated there was no air conditioning. However, when we arrived there were definitely window units which were perfect! The basement was huge snd our teen children loved staying down there almost as much as my husband and I enjoyed the quiet upstairs without them around! And the best mark was Peterson’s Market which was a two minute walk. Every day we picked up fresh fruit and vegetables and even sushi! Plus their prepared hot meals, sandwiches and pizza was delicious!

Great central location & great rental
The location was perfect to launch our boat and waking distance to Petersons market and a Walgreens which was great for picking up sandwiches or any last minute items. The house was clean, beds were comfy and yard had lots of trees which kept us cool during the heat wave. Great rental!!

Better than we expected
Check in was very easy. Great email communication. Nnice not to have to worry about a key- using the number keypad on the lock worked great. The property was spotless! The kitchen was adorable and well stocked with everything you might need. There were little soaps and shower soaps in the bathrooms. Well stocked with plenty of blankets and pillows. My boys stayed downstairs and had a blast with the comfortable beds and open space. Great beach towels, chairs, even an umbrella and blanket. LOVED having corn hole to play, plus other games inside to keep us busy. Beds were super comfy and the window units kept the house cool. Peterson Market was right around the corner and our daily go-to.

Fabulous Cape Cod House
We loved our charming rental! The pictures do not do it justice. Centrally located, super comfy beds, fresh linens, beach towels, beach chairs, great assortment of kitchen essentials. We even had a movie night downstairs and could all spread out. We saw chipmunks in the backyard in the morning when we had our coffee outside. Bedrooms and kitchen had window units, so we stayed comfy and cool!
